In support and solidarity of a close friend recently impacted by early onset Parkinson's, I have started donating $200 from each of my real estate sales to the Parkinson Association of Northern California. I'm happy to have started this initiative in January 2021.
Parkinson's disease affects the brain and impacts a person's ability to move. The exact cause is not known and there is no cure. Symptoms can be managed through treatments and medication. The disease progresses slowly.
